    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Last updated: June 14, 2026

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) cover your use of the MAD Security Solutions website at madalarms.com (the “Site”) and any information you send us through it. The Site is owned and operated by Michael Davis, doing business as MAD Security Solutions (“MAD Security,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in the Tennessee and Mississippi area.

By using the Site, filling out our contact form, or reaching out to us, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the Site.

    1. Who We Are
MAD Security Solutions provides fire alarm services for commercial and residential properties, including system design, installation, monitoring, inspection, testing, and repair, along with 24/7 emergency response. We’re licensed, insured, and NICET certified, and Michael Davis is a Tennessee-Mississippi Qualifying Agent.
The Site exists to tell you about what we do and to make it easy to get in touch. It is not the place where we deliver fire protection services. Any actual work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, proposal, or service contract, not by these Terms.

    2. The Site Is for Information Only
Everything on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we can’t promise that every detail is complete or up to date at all times. Service descriptions, capabilities, and any guidance you read here are general in nature and shouldn’t be treated as a professional inspection, a code compliance opinion, or a quote.
Nothing on the Site creates a contract for services. We only take on work after we’ve talked with you, understood your property, and put the details of the job in writing.

    3. No Emergency Response Through the Site
This matters, so please read it carefully. The Site and our contact form are not monitored around the clock and are not a way to report an emergency.
If you have a fire, a fire alarm activation, or any situation that threatens life or property, call 911 first. For urgent service on a system we manage, call us directly at 901-304-4500. Do not rely on the contact form or email to reach us quickly in an emergency, because we may not see those messages right away.

    4. Contacting Us and What You Send
When you use our contact form or email us, you agree to give us information that is accurate and that you’re allowed to share. Please don’t submit anything false, misleading, or that belongs to someone else.
Reaching out through the Site doesn’t create a client relationship on its own, and it doesn’t obligate us to take on your project. A relationship begins only once we’ve both agreed to the work in writing. For how we handle the information you send, see our Privacy Policy.

    5. Using the Site the Right Way
You’re welcome to browse the Site and contact us for your own legitimate purposes. You agree not to:

    • Use the Site in any way that breaks the law or these Terms.

    • Try to gain access to areas, systems, or data that aren’t meant for you.

    • Interfere with the Site, introduce harmful code, or disrupt how it works for others.

    • Copy, scrape, or reuse our content, branding, or materials without our written permission.

    • Use the contact form to send spam, solicitations, or anything abusive.

We can suspend or block access to anyone who misuses the Site, without notice.

    6. Our Content Belongs to Us
The text, logo, images, layout, and other materials on the Site are owned by MAD Security Solutions or used with permission, and they’re protected by intellectual property laws. You can view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you can’t reproduce, sell, or build on our content without asking us first.
The MAD Security Solutions name and logo are ours. Please don’t use them without our written okay.

    7. Links to Other Sites
The Site may link out to third-party websites or tools, such as our scheduling provider or social media. We share those links for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Visiting them is on you, and their terms apply once you leave ours.

    8. No Warranties About the Site
We provide the Site “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This section is about the website itself. The warranties that apply to the fire protection work we actually perform for you are spelled out in your service agreement with us, not here.

    9. Limiting Our Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MAD Security Solutions and Michael Davis won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that come from your use of the Site or your inability to use it, even if we’ve been told such damages were possible. This includes things like lost data, lost profits, or any reliance you place on information found on the Site.
If a court decides we are responsible for something despite the above, our total liability connected to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Again, this limit applies to the Site only. Liability for the services we perform is governed by your separate service agreement.

    10. Indemnification
You agree to cover and hold harmless MAD Security Solutions and Michael Davis from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights.

    11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our business or the law changes. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the Site after changes go up, that means you accept the updated Terms. It’s a good idea to check back now and then.

    12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute connected to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you agree to that jurisdiction. Where a matter relates to work performed in Mississippi, Mississippi law may also apply to that work.

    13. If Part of This Is Unenforceable
If any part of these Terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in full effect. The unenforceable part will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it valid while keeping its original intent.

    14. Get in Touch

    PRIVACY POLICY

    Last updated: June 14, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information MAD Security Solutions collects through our website at madalarms.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. The Site is owned and operated by Michael Davis, doing business as MAD Security Solutions (“MAD Security,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), serving the Tennessee and Mississippi area.

By using the Site or sending us your information, you agree to the practices described here. We keep things simple: we only collect what we need to respond to you and run our business, and we don’t sell your information.

    1. Information You Give Us
Most of the information we collect is information you hand to us directly, usually through our contact form or by emailing or calling us. That typically includes:

    • Your first and last name

    • Your phone number

    • Your email address

    • The service you’re interested in

    • Anything else you choose to tell us about your property or your needs

You’re in control of what you share. If you’d rather not give us certain details through the form, you can always call us instead at 901-304-4500.

    2. Information Collected Automatically
Our Site is built and hosted on Squarespace, and like most websites, it collects some basic technical information automatically when you visit. This is handled through Squarespace’s built-in analytics and cookies, and it can include things like:

    • Your device type, browser, and operating system

    • Your general location based on IP address

    • The pages you view and how long you stay

    • The site or link that referred you to us

We use this to understand how people find and use the Site so we can keep improving it. We don’t use it to identify you personally. Squarespace processes this information as our hosting provider, and you can read more about how they handle it in the Squarespace Privacy Policy at squarespace.com/privacy.

    3. Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device to help it work properly and to measure visits. Our Site uses the cookies that come standard with Squarespace, mainly for security and basic analytics.
You can control or turn off cookies through your browser settings. If you block them, the Site should still work, though a few features may not behave as smoothly.

    4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

    • Respond to your messages and requests

    • Talk with you about fire protection for your property and prepare quotes or proposals

    • Provide, schedule, and follow up on our services

    • Keep records and handle billing for work we take on

    • Improve the Site and our customer experience

    • Comply with the law and protect our rights, our property, and your safety

We only use your information for the reasons you contacted us and for running our business. We don’t use it for unrelated purposes without telling you.

    5. We Don’t Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Period.
We may share limited information in a few narrow situations:

Service providers. We use trusted tools to run our business, such as Squarespace for the website and our scheduling provider for appointments. They only get what they need to do their job, and they’re expected to keep it protected.

Legal reasons. If the law requires it, or if we need to protect someone’s safety, our rights, or our property, we may share information with authorities or advisors.

Business changes. If our business is ever sold or transferred, customer information may pass to the new owner as part of that change.

    6. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and we rely on Squarespace’s security protections for data handled through the Site. That said, no website or method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security. Please use good judgment about what you send us online, and call us if you need to share anything sensitive.

    7. How Long We Keep It
We hold on to your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, keep proper business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we take steps to delete or securely dispose of it.

    8. Your Choices and Rights
You have control over your information. You can:

    • Ask us what personal information we have about you

    • Ask us to correct information that’s wrong

    • Ask us to delete your information, where we’re not required to keep it

    • Tell us to stop contacting you at any time

To make any of these requests, just email us at madalarms1@gmail.com or call 901-304-4500, and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws, and we’ll honor those that apply to you.

    9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is meant for adults arranging fire protection for their property. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

    10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to other websites or tools, such as our scheduling provider or social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your information. We’d encourage you to read their policies before sharing anything with them.

    11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices or the law change. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are significant, we’ll do our best to make that clear. Using the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

    12. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please reach out.
